Return Policy

STORE CREDIT ISSUED ON ALL RETURNS
Returns:
 - Items in original condition with tags 
 - Damaged items
 - Damaged items need to be notified to Mum & Me within 48 hours of     delivery (contact Mum & Me at mumandmeleeds@gmail.com)
 If an item is damaged, Mum & Me will issue a replacement free of charge   and pay for shipping. If a replacement is unavailable then store credit will   be provided towards future purchases. Store credit can be used online and   in-store.
 
Unreturnable:
 - Undergarments
 - Used merchandise
 - Used merchandise includes: worn clothing/bags, opened & used   products, etc.
 - Seasonal merchandise
